Returns will only be entertained if –

  • The product shipped to you does not match the order you placed, for example, wrong color, size, model, etc.
  • The product we shipped to you is damaged in transit, is defective or if it is not the complete shipment.

In both cases, you will be shipped a replacement product free of charge once the circumstances of the error have been verified. Please do remember that returns in these cases will only be accepted should the product be in proper condition, other than the damage in question. Once your product is received, we will check it to make sure that it meets all criteria and only then the replacement will be dispatched. In case some of the criteria for ‘proper condition’ are not met, charges might apply.

Return Terms and Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if..

  • the products that have been used (wear & tear, dirt, muck, wrinkles, odor, bugs, etc)
  • the original packaging has been torn, broken, damaged or if the packaging is no longer usable
  • the product was bought on sale
  • the parts have been installed (or tried to be installed) and have tool marks and/or scratches
  • Chemicals and liquids – can’s, aerosols or bottle’s seal have been broken/ opened
  • Clothing and/or riding gear does not have their original packaging, original tags, spares and components
  • Electronic items that have been removed from its respective packaging or it the manufacturer’s seal/sticker is broken.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled after the payment has been made, but before it gets shipped. Once it has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted. Please refer to the below points.

Refund Process

Refund will be processed via RazorPay, through the same payment method used during the checkout process.

You shall receive a full refund if the product you returned meets with all our refund terms. If the returned product does not meet the terms, then you can have the product shipped back to you at your own cost.

Returns in case of wrong product delivery / item does not fit

Wrong Delivery:

We will take back the product(s) at our cost if we send the wrong product.(please ensure that the product is in proper original condition along with the packaging, all tags & labels.)

Item Does not Fit/Wrong Size:

We will accept the replacement, provided the product meets our terms. You will have to ship/return the product at your cost. Please ask us for help for sizing and ordering.

If the ordered Jacket, Pants or Gloves are not your size after we’ve helped you with it, we will send a replacement once you’ve shipped the product back to us and we’ve inspected it.
Incase we do not have stock of a particular product in size and variation you’re looking for, we will send it to you as soon as we’ve received it or you can opt to place an order for another product. Refunds in this case will only be if the particular product you’re looking for will take more than 2 weeks to come back in stock.

WE DO NOT OFFER ANY REPLACEMENT OR REFUND ON HELMETS THAT HAVE BEEN ORDERED.

Warranty Returns

Each manufacturer has different warranty policies. All warranties are as per the Manufacturers terms and conditions only. BikingSpirit does not warranty the products that belong to other manufacturers, and does not guarantee or commit any timelines for the delivery of the warranty product. The manufacturer may repair or replace the product at their discretion.
